I don't know of any non-competitive weight classes in any sanctioned groups in the U.S. There would be no point in having non-competitive classes, would there?
In the NPC, there are a number of divisions. You'll be able to research this yourself more fully using your choice of search mechanism.
1. Teens (kids less than 19)
2. Open (anyone , and open to national qualifier)
3. Masters (Over 40, Over 50, Over 60, Over 70)
4. Novice (Trophies, but no advancement to Nationals)
5. ADA (wheel chair, amputees, etc.)
In Open, there are the following weight classes:
1. Bantamweight < 143.25 #
2. Lightweight >= 142.25# to < 154.25#
3 . Middleweight 154.25 < 176.25#
4. Light Heavyweight >= 176.26# < 198.25#
5. Heavyweight >= <= 198.25 to < 225.25 #
6. Super Heavyweight >= 225.25
In Novice, Master, Teens, and ADA / wheelchair there are the following weight classes:
1. Lightweight
2. Middleweight
3. Heavyweight
Women’s Open:
Lightweight (<115)
Middleweight (115-125)
Light Heavyweight (125-140)
Heavyweight (>140)
It doesn't really make sense to compete in Novice because you can't advance. You show up, you get a trophy, but, it doesn't matter in terms of moving up the ranks.
Some shows have stopped including Novice.
If you're too lazy to complete a profile here, and you're too lazy to look for this information yourself, likely, you won't be successful in bodybuilding. Bodybuilding very much requires being resourceful, ambitious, disciplined, focused, patient, and a self-starter.
I'm a light heavyweight, in case you haven't already figured that out.
