Not sure if this poll will be picked up by media but worth support as on Y! homepage.

"Should gays and lesbians have the right to marry?"

    Umm YES!

So....reading the quotes from people who oppose gay marriage, is it just me or is the only reason people are against it because "the Bible says it's wrong"? Even that statement is nowhere to be found in the Bible. I still think gay marriage would answer a lot of our problems (see Prop 8: The Musical). icon_smile.gif

The polls have been moving strongly in favor of gay rights over the past year or two.
Which is putting the anti-gay Republican party between a rock and a hard place.
    Where they belong.

They're on the wrong side of yet another issue.

yea, its not scientific, but with over 135k votes so far it has much greater reach that an official poll. Yahoo! is a nonpartisan portal, everyone uses it, young old, red, blue, and everything in between, so I think more accurate of American opinion than a poll sitting on a news media site.

its 55 vs 45 right now, lets see if media picks it up based on the volume of response.

I recall polls showing prop 8 was going to fail, and people where celebrating on that advice, then when it past they blamed the Mormons for their disappointment. They should of waited for all the eggs to hatch before they started to celebrate.
