Quick question, i know that you have to eat a lot of the "right" foods to get lean yet grow muscle properly. Now is it okay to eat the same foods day-in and day-out with much variation because you know youre getting the max nutrients from those specific foods you have everyday?? Or does your body require you to 'mix it up' within your diet to help continue youre body growth??

Cuz my usual daily intake is eggs, chicken, mozzarella cheese, 1% milk, veggies, fruit and rice.

Not much else, is this okay??

What works for one person may not work for the other.
Personally I like to mix and match, but that just works for me.

I think ideally you would be better off eating as wide a range of foods as possible to ensure you get an adequate intake of all vitamins and minerals that you need.

However, I'm like you, I tend to eat the same things all the time - but mainly because I'm quite a fussy eater.

I don't think it's a big deal, but it might be worth getting a good all-round multi vit as well.

I'm no nutritionist, but as far as protein - as long as you're getting a complete protein with all of the amino acids, you should be fine in that regard. Beyond that, mixing up which fruits and vegetables you eat should help cover most of your other nutrients.

You didn't name specific fruits and vegetables - does that mean that you eat a variety? Personally, I pick whatever is on sale (grad student budget!), which tends to keep things mixed up.

Variety in diet is essential for plenty of common sense reasons.
