So, I'm 46 and as we age our testosterone drops.

I'm doing natural things to boost it, like 8 hours of sleep, working large muscle groups, not lifting more than 45 minutes, reducing alchol intake.

I have been using a booster, but not steroids. I have used Hdrol,, 6-oxo but they have banned both. Now using Epistane... it's okay, but not seeing the results I did with the others.

I am looking for the best testosterone booster that's close to being illegal. The thing I like about all of them is there is no side effects... at all. Still wondering why the banned the first two.

    Any tips, hints, advice?

    Thanks

Have you tried DHEA, a precursor to testosterone? It's a food supplement you can get from health food store or pharmacies. It's been around for 20 years. This study shows it increases strength and mass:

    What does your endocrinologist say?

It could have been a placebo effect, but I felt I had good results with Tribex (the blue ones - not Tribex gold) and P6.

At 46, if you go to your general practioners or urologist they would perscribe a testosterone supplement ( ex. Testim which comes a a gel ) once they test you for your test. level. It is most likely low, as you start loosing the test. level after age of 30. I have been taking a test cream for about five years as I am 60. It takes about a year to see any change as Rome wasnt built in a day. smile Cost? About 75 dollars.
