    Theres been tons of studies done though... its shown to be very beneficial and recude stress.. Ive done it for ten years now daily, and constantly throughout the day..... and I wouldnt go without it

    You are right...i myself am doing it for 6 days a week, 1 hour daily. It has indeed changed my entire physique.icon_biggrin.gif

    I studied the japanese art of Zanshin for a while which follows pretty much the same concept.

    I agree with you guys that at some level it does work. One thing I do question is it a placebo effect, i.e. mind over matter or something that truly works on various levels.
