About a month ago I was lifting and trying to lift heavier. I had this terrible pain in my right bicep, tricep, and forearm. It hurts every time I do curls or lift something. I haven't worked out for a couple weeks due to two major kidney stones on my left side making my balls hurt. They will be removed on the 19th. Anyway, I still have the same pain in my arm. Yesterday I went to pick up just a ream of paper and I dropped the paper because it seems to be affecting my grip as well. Any advice as to what I should do for it. I am hoping to not have to go back to the doctor's office. I have been there so much because of the stones.
