I see some people who drink lots of the sparkling mineral water. I'm curious to know if this stuff has any benefit at all. It doesn't seem to be natural since no water I've come across is naturally sparkling. The labels claim to be natural. Are there any benefits to drinking this? Thanks for any feedback!

Only if you own the company.

I prefer the taste, besides possible mineral benefits (though some contain trace amounts of arsenic)

The main benefit is to have water that has been removed from the water cycle, it is theoretically cleaner.

Have only drunk San Pellegrino water since I was a kid. I love it warm or cold. (The only time I don't drink it is during workouts.) Haven't drunk tap water regularly in many many years.
Have turned all of the subordinates in the office on to it as well. Keep the refrigerator stocked with it.
As for it's benefits.....I am not really sure other than the taste. Since alcohol is so fattening, having San Pell. with a meal is a good substitute. The effervescence (spelling? icon_confused.gif ) in this brand is far superior to the others.
Try it. Once you are hooked, it will become a guilty pleasure with zero downsides. icon_wink.gif
