They are ok if you like using toxins to stimulate your metabolism, they wont teach ya what ya need to know to keep the excess fat off and they have varying degrees of effect.

Some things are clear tho if your diet is not cleaner than a nuns chuff in the first place and you are not adequately hydrated already then don't waste your pennies. Spend your efforts getting the diet clean and calories to the lower end of the spectrum depending on your goal, your hydration up IE minimum 2 litres (which is basic hydration).

And if you don't like cardio well don't do it, let the diet do the hard work and use HIT style training to get your cardio (Google Dr Darden he is one of the best examples of off the shelf HIT style training packages

I think running, swimming and cycling are three of the best fat burners around. They don't get you out of cardio though.

Depends on the look you want.

If you're happy being thin, then, there's really not a lot besides cardio, green tea, and coffee that can do a lot better.

If you're competitive level, the magazine coffee type, or so on, then T3, and highly anabolic substances will be a staple of your daily regimen.

There's no point in taking junk from a nutrition store, when the real thing works much better. Best if you can get a doctor to work with you in attaining that look / level of performance.

    Just the facts of life.

I've been cutting after a 3 month stay in food heaven (ie HK icon_smile.gif), and after 1 month, i lost 5-6 kgs with the help of hydroxycut hardcore, will try the lipo-6 when I cut again 2 months later.

Btw, I work out 5 times a week and rarely do cardio except for table tennis...which is moderate excercise even at my level.

Just make sure you keep hitting the gym and keep the protein intake high since you want to lose fat, and not just atrophy away all your hard gained muscle.

In my opinion ephedrine, caffein and aspirin stacked is the only thing that really really works.

In the UK you can get ephedrine as part of an over the counter med for asthma - chesteze.

UK - Legal to buy, illegal to sell. It used to just be totally legal though etc etc

I guess some people might find it psychologically addictive, because it gives you a buzz.

There's loads of info online about it.

Save your money... they're evil and even when they work they're bad for you, for your liver, metabolism, and body cells.

    Avoid...

I tried Hydroxycut. Went through a full bottle even though half way through I noticed that my skin was breaking out and I had the jitters often. Its basically the equivalent of a pitcher of coffee I guess. Since I had started a work out regimen at the same time (weight training 3 times a week, cardio 4 times a week), its hard to say how much of an effect the supplements had on my weight reduction. During the time I went through the bottle, I lost approximately 6 pounds.

But because of the side effects, I've decided not to go back to it again (or any other supplement). I do take a protein shake after a workout but that's the extent of it. Now I just stick to regular food and vitamins (and lots of water).

What about the new ephedra free Stackers? It's the caffeine / aspirin stack with a blend of stimulants tacked on.
