I was wondering with all the insanley built ripped men on this site, what do you view as the most important to obtaining/maintaining an awesome physique?

Would it be exercise consistency, diet/nutrition, or supplementation?

Whats the secret to your awe inspiring physique success?

Diet! Always always diet. Excellent advice was given to me once, "you can't out-train a shitty diet", and I've found that to be so true.

Motivation. You have to have the drive and desire to maintain that body, whether it be for looks or for health or both.

    Time and $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
Seriously...you gotta put time into the workouts, and a healthy diet isn't cheap.
And genetics play a large role. An ectomorph can't have a mesomorph physique, etc.

But you CAN out-diet a shitty training program.

I second that. Though athletic performance is another good reason besides health and looks. Regardless, unless you have some strong reason and lots of motivation, you're not going to be able to magically develop or buy a nice body. (Though supplement manufacturers will tell you otherwise)
