Is this unreferenced info from the Wikipedia article on LGBT stereotypes about male homosexuality correct? I'm a regular contributor/editor. If the info is true, can someone help me find a reliable source?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGBT_stereotypesPrevalent stereotypes about male homosexuals are they are licentious, have substance abuse problems and have trouble staying in committed relationships. Another prominent misconception is that gay men are always easy to identify with the effeminate image. While some gays do cross-dress and act like women, the overwhelming majority of gay men are indistinguishable from heterosexual men.
