When the Bishop Eddie Long thing came up here in Atlanta, they called him an alleged "sexual pradator" because he took time to befriend the teens so he could coerce them into sexual relationships once they became of age...They say he got close to them socially and a handshake slowly became a hug and a hug slowly became more...

Wkipedia: The term sexual predator is used pejoratively to describe a person seen as obtaining or trying to obtain sexual contact with another person in a metaphorically "predatory" manner. Analogous to how a predator hunts down its prey, so the sexual predator is thought to "hunt" for his or her sex partners.

I got to thinking, isn't that what we ALL do?

I've been guilty of seeing a guy, finding a way to meet him and slowly befriending him KNOWING that I was hoping it would lead to a sexual relationship...

What about the guy you have a crush on in the gym and you slowly become friends...slowly working towards it becoming more....

What about all of the straight guys out there who are just "friends" with women and pretending to like True Blood and Sex & the City just to get closer to them and potentially be their boyfriends?

What about all the "Friends First" guys on here who really would like a relationship?

Are we all just "sexual predators"?
