So i have been working out for a while now, and I have my own workout which I have been changing up every 4 weeks or so. Im bored with the workout im doing now, and I am looking for a workout which incorporates an upper body plan one day and a lower body plan on others. This can vary, such as doing arms and legs together since many people dont like doing a complete upper body workout in one day. The workouts I have found, have leg variations and such on each workout. I also workout 5 days a week with cardio on the other two. Thanks for your help...
