Headache after cardio

I'm not sure if other people experience this or maybe I'm just not really good with cardio. I notice a pattern of me getting headaches after I do cardio. I'm not really sure why this happens. It's a mild headache. I'm assuming its because of the blood rushing to my head from doing cardio. Have any of you experienced this? Thanks for any feedback!

    My thoughts....lack of water....you should be drinking a 10 to 12... 8 oz cups a day.....Try adding more dense carbs before your workout...see if that fixs it...dense carbs......oatmeal...cream of wheat......a slice of multi-grain bread...Good luck....BUD

I drink about 2 pitchers of water in my Brita pitcher which I think is a good amount. I drink about that much everyday and more some times also. I don't really drink water when I'm exercising but maybe I should be doing that to see if it helps with the headache problems. Thanks for the feedback!

I get the need to drink water, but I hate feeling the sloshy water in the stomach. It just sloshes about and sometimes I can hear it. The hell is that?

Should you decrease your water intake just before and then gradually hydrate over the workout period?

What type of cardio are you doing? Is it low impact or high impact? I can only do low impact cardio because I get a headache for 2-3 days if I do anything that aggravates my neck (i.e. no more outdoor running for me). You should get it checked out by a doctor just to be safe.

Means your not breathing properly bro!

Breathe in for a set number of reps, and out for a set number of reps.. focus on the breathing

This is most likely due to lack of oxygen. Make sure you are breathing correctly.

My thought is low glucose. If it continues see your physician to get it checked. You may not be eating enough and your sugar is dropping. Which can cause injuries from fainting.
