I just joined a gym for the first time. I'm 26 and I'm really really thin. I want to bulk up but I can't seem to gain weight. I've had a very very high metabolism since I was a kid. I haven't lost or gained any weight in about 6 or 7 years. I've tried to gain weight and I just can't do it. So does anyone have any suggestions for a diet and workout that could help me gain weight and aid in building mass and muscle? thanks in advance!
