So I've had like 6 conversations like this... I'll be talking to what I think are real guys, albeit from Manhunt, but still, we exchange emails on there, we banter back and shoot the breeze. Normal conversations, for weeks, DAYS even... then I get this. (But mostly it is a HEY).

I googled the site name and it didn't turn up any good results (so I guess the Bing commercials are right...) I've changed the screen names slightly since I'm posting this for everyone.

Can you nerds help figure this out for me? (30 Rock ref in there)

Has anyone else experienced anything remotely like this??

    Obvious signs that it's a scam/spam/bot..
    "hey, click on this link.."
    or
"let's chat on yahoo or aim or msn"

There are gay and straight guys that troll profile sites and find guys to click on their referral links. Every unique click they can get, they get paid. I don't chat/email outside of RJ either. Once they get your yahoo or aim or msn username, you'll start getting shitloads of spam in your Inbox.

dang it... i hate that. so i'll admit it, i feel really stupid for talking to robots. Really embarrassed. I feel so dumb, i've falling into that trap like 100 times. Each convo seems legit, then one week out of the blue they go all robot on me.

its not the person that is a bot, its just a bot on your or there computer that is taking over, when they are really online and not fake online you can talk to them again.

It would be way to expensive to have fake profiles for people will send links, i'm not sure but either you or him has a trojan on there computer that is doing it.
