    It looks like fun
Do you think it will be as good as the first?

I didn't consider the first good... and I definitely won't pay to see this one.

I rarely get scared when I watch a horror movie but the first Paranormal Activity had me holding onto my seat. Particularly the part when the girl was slowly pulled out of bed and into the dark hall.

This one looks like it will bomb. They should not have included the baby, it reminds me of the CGI dancing baby, and I doubt it would be harmed. The dog was a good idea since it plays into people's curiosity when they see their dogs act strange as if something is there.

I'm probably not going to find out. Husband drug me to watch the first one, and I couldn't sleep soundly for weeks because I would jump at every little noise I heard at night (most of them were probably made by the cat).

Then you'll love Rec. It was released three years ago and was remade to Quarantine, which I thought was crap. Rec 2 was released last year, I believe. I love Paranormal Activity and can't wait for the second one to come out!

This trailer doesn't do the movie any justice. I had to pause in between to catch my breath lol

I haven't seen the first Paranormal Activity yet, but I know there is an authorized Japanese sequel to the movie coming out around the same time.

It's good to see I'm not the only one that enjoys movies with hand-held cam filming styles. I really enjoyed the Paranormal Activity and I'm STOKED for the 2nd movie to come out!

I didnt think the first one was scary at all. I had high expectations from a friend hyping up up so much, and was completely disappointed when i left the theaters. I tell my friends i must have a sick mind.

It must be a generational thing b/c my partner and I watched the first one and were waiting for it to get: 1) good; 2) scary. It was neither.

I was on the edge of my seat ... trying to slide off the couch and get the hell out of the living room, but I was forced to sit through 90 mins. of sheer boredom, which was far more terrifying than that friggin' awful movie.

I'm a wuss =/ I saw only like 1/2 the first one because my face was buried in my friend's shoulder. Probably will be the same for the second one as he drags me to see it. FML. Scary/Horror films and I do not mesh well, no matter how crappy they are lol.

When they tried to play it off as "real" and then the actress was on Jay Leno less than a week later, I was like, "Yeaaah... no."

Honestly I liked the first one, and considering the director was just a lil ways away from where I live (and close personal friends with my coworker) we got to see the screening of it before it was released which was awesome.

It had a different ending though which I thought was better than the obviously CGI ending in the theatre version of the film... Dunno if they released the original on DVD or anything though but the original was better IMO.

As for part 2, if it is anything like Poltergeist was (fuckin awesome movie I dont care what ANYONE says...) then I will be a fan of it!
