Ran 9 miles.

First 4 I ran in 29:30. The first mile was slow as I was getting the stiffness out of my legs, the subsequent 3 were fast. I didn't stop but when right into the next 4 miles.

Second 4 I ran in 27:45. I felt really good so I just pushed through the next 4 miles.

Last mile I just jogged and cooled down.
