Party Food Detox

    So you're at a party right after work. Having not eaten dinner, you're super hungry but the only food served are snacks and junk food. Not wanting to be a douchebag and bitch about party food, you chose to eat them anyway as you are starving. Now I feel really really bad eating all that, so what do you do to detox short of turning bulemic?

    Look at you. You have a sexy ripped lean body. One night of party food isn't going to make you fat. Just enjoy the party and work it off at the gym the next day....icon_biggrin.gif

    Go to the gym the next day and work out extra hard. Think of the junk food you ate as the fuel you need to work out harder and longer.

    I consider it just more fuel. I eat way more carbs than most because I run.

    If I feel bloated I use my enema. Works everytime.
