I love chinese. Especially Panda Express. Although some would beg to differ. I would agree that it isn't true Chinese. . . but boy does it taste good. ^^

I'm a true foodie. I can't think of any type of food I wouldn't eat. I'm an adventurous traveler, and therefore an adventurous eater.

I love Chinese food, but in my area finding "good" Chinese can be an exercise in futility. Pork Egg Fu Yung is my favorite and I'll end up making my own many a time.

Thai is wonderful as well and I'm working on perfecting Pad Thai. Pei Wei which is a spinoff of P.F. Changs has really good Pad Thai.

I live in northwestern Mexico which has had a strong Chinese population since the 1800's, so we have few places here with the good authentic stuff. I do loves me some faux-Chinese Panda Express though.

not really a fan of chinese food, but like the occasional dim sum.

I thought Pad Thai was a Thai dish? Yakisoba or Pad Kee Mao are the best fried noodle dishes! YUM!

For the past 4 years I've been living in China, Beijing, than Kunming, on the south of China's mainland. YES, I eat Chinese food from different provinces, and i like it so much that i almost never eat western food. Just pizza once in a while.

I have a Pei Wei within walking distance of my condo. Teriyaki Chicken Bowl...yum! When I lived in Michigan, my best friend was Chinese and they owned a restaurant. Great Food. When my dad was sick, they used to bring us food every Friday night.

Once you've had real Chinese food in China eating the junk they call "Chinese" food in the West becomes pretty difficult. icon_sad.gif

Yes, it's my favorite foreign food, but lately I've been trying more Thai food as their restaurants have been proliferating in my neighborhood. Still, I concentrate more on Chinese food and just go mad over the Chinese dumplings I had at a restaurant in Southern California called Din Tai Fung.
