How to schedule TRX circuit classes around weight training?

    I'm taking a TRX circuit class early each Tuesday morning and would like to keep hitting the weights as often as possible. Can I lift weights the very next day after the TRX class? Or do I need to rest as I would after lifting weights? The TRX circuit class gets me sweaty but it's all-body with cardio and resistance components. The day after the TRX class I don't feel sore as I do the day after doing squats or bench presses with a barbell, possibly suggesting that the TRX class might not be so intense as to require 48 hours to rest muscles before working them again.

    Personally, I just listen to my body. If it tells me it's too tired/sore/whatever to workout, I don't workout. If I feel good, I'll workout.

    Sometimes that means hitting the weights and cardio 7 days per week. Sometimes that means taking a week off. Sometimes it means just adjusting the intensity for a given day or few.

    My point: Listen to your body. It'll tell you when it's ok to lift.
