Try...rent.com... I used it several times when moving from Florida to California and then from California to New Jersey, and then from New Jersey back to California.

They have a $100.00 reward card, if you end up leasing at one of the places they advertise and you sign a lease and then you report back to rent.com they will sen a debit card for $100.00. It was a nice surprise to have especially with all the moving expenses when moving into a new city.

    Good luck.

Here are some real estate firms for you to look into.

    Rittenhouse Square Rentals
    City Living Philly
    Herman Realty
    Allan Levin Real Estate
    Michael Singer Real Estate
    Plumer Real Estate
    Reinhold Residential
    Pine Realty
    Allan Domb Real Estate
    Adler Myers Real Estate
    JMH Real Estate
    Stolker Properties
    Centra Associates

A lot of people use Craigslist.
Also try the University of Pennsylvania's listings: http://george.isc-seo.upenn.edu/ocladmin/ocl.cgi/search_listings.html

    I didn't find rent.com useful for Philadelphia.

If you look at larger apartment buildings, see if they're reviewed on apartmentratings.com.
