Hi Guys,

So been working out long and hard since the beginning of July, and here are my results:

July.........Oct
Tummy: 33.5........30.5
Biceps: 10.5.........11.5
Calfs: 13.5............14
Hips: 36.2.............35.5
Weight: 146..........146

Do you guys think my gains are normal, or should I be seeing more progress by now? I have recently been trying to increase my calorie intake and having a having a protein shake and banana right after each workout since July.

So here is my routine:

Mon: 30 mins Cardio, Chest, Triceps
Tues: 30 mins Cardio, Forearms, Abs
Wed: 30 mins Cardio, Biceps, back
Thurs: 30 mins Cardio, Forarms, Abs
Fri: 30 mins Cardio, Legs, Shoulders
Sat: 30 mins Cardio, Forearms, Abs
