Check this out on Gawker.com His name is Stefan Pinto and he uses this ab cream. What I like is that he's not afraid to say that it only works if you already have abs!

Cool, 'cause no way you can get abs from creams or gel. I see what you're saying and I think the guy is up front anyway. But a lot of people will think that buying those gels will give you abs.

I still think my ab cream is the best. It won't give you abs, but it sure looks good on abs. icon_biggrin.gif

Where can I see it? And I hope it's really ab cream you're referring to!

But that would imply I actually make money from it.
Nice concept, though. I wish it were true. icon_lol.gif

The more I listen to and do what 'they' say regarding diet the more I see the fat on my belly gradually disappear. Will power is paramount for results. It's no secret, just 'do it' if it's really that important.

Will power is great, but it sounds like you're referring to my magic word: Patience.
I just hit 10% bodyfat yesterday...first time I've ever been that lean. In Dec '09 I was over 20% bodyfat. I could have lost it faster, but I'm in no rush. It's much more fun to just enjoy the process and let it happens at its own pace.

    Two Words: Hollow Holds.
    (5) 1 minute hollow hold each night, consecutively every night before you go to bed. Depending on how many inches you have to lose, a 6 pack is achievable in 6-10 weeks.
Also helps if you counter each hollow hold with a 1 minute arch hold.
Be sure to tuck and roll it out

Could you possibly provide us with any type of video demonstration found online...possibly of yourself to show the class? icon_smile.gif
We did lots of those in boot camp.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4UnNDL8pHU
But we held them for 5-10 minutes at a time with a mean guy yelling at us.

Yup, Video covered the basic gist. He could have held better form and stopped moving so much.

Tips: Point the toes, squeeze the legs (ankles and calves together) and buttocks (pinch a penny) and keep your arms in an extended position stretching them past your ears. Lift your legs so that they are only 6-8 inches above the ground, no higher. Lift your back so the arch (small) of your back is no longer touching the ground. The angle should be more obtuse than acute. Once you have achieved this position FREEZE! Place your hands lightly on the top of your thighs if it hurts too much to hold them by your ears.Think of your happy place, and try not to focus on the pain or burning. Happy Place, happy Place, Happy Place. lol. icon_eek.gif

I also use ankle weights every now and again, and hold 3 pound weights in each hand. But I only do this maybe 1 night a week cause it kicks my ass.

Also super important to finish up the cycle with a good 3 minute sun salutation yoga pose. Otherwise your abs will be on fire the next morning...

But Yes, I'll make a video of it tomorrow after work.
Def works, my level 6-8 girls gymnastics team has the strongest core, 8 packs, and obliques this side of the Miss...
