Ok, It is time to Spring ahead and well shed some bad habits from the winter months.

So I am re-dedicating myself and focusing on going from a good body to a great one just in time for summer.

I will post my before soon (ugghh) not as nice as some other photos here. But I also will post one in 12 weeks. (maybe sooner)

    1. Goal get 5 - 10 other guys who want to do this as well and I will buddy them.

    2. Comment on goal (Mine is lean muscle and great abs)

    3. Once every other week share want is happening

    4. If this works maybe we can all do a weekly chat to check in.

Email me if there is interest and if there is I will move forward. (Note: your goal does not need to match mine - but as a group each of us should move from good to great) icon_smile.gif

Depends on which workout you're gonna do I guess. I'm hopefully gonna start the strength foundation workout after the Easter holidays, depends on how I'm gonna manage due to University...

Then again, it's just about getting fitter, so any workout should do.

    We'll see... icon_biggrin.gificon_lol.gificon_razz.gificon_wink.gif

It doesn't matter what work out, what matters is commitment to improve yourself.
You could choose Real Jocks 12 week plan, Abs Diet, your own mix of Cardio and lifting which is what I have done before or something new.
My thought is - It's time to throw down the gauntlet and get going.
Work it out for 12 weeks (really do it) and together we will all learn something and have better bodies. icon_biggrin.gif

Ah, there is an Abs diet on the site? I tried looking for it but I can't find it. Can someone post the link please.

    Much appreciated! icon_biggrin.gificon_lol.gificon_razz.gificon_wink.gif

Mutts - There is no abs diet on this site. I was noting you can do any plan you want. Those were examples. icon_smile.gif

    Hey Jman,
I'm definitely down. I've been wanting to do one of those 12 week programs for a while now, and since I'm leaving my job soon, I'll finally have enough time in a day to hit the gym.
