    Hi:

Just wanted to give some information, not advocating the store above. Anyway, went yesterday to the Concord store, and I had a fitting down, but it was pretty fun....and the below was free.

    (1) Make custom soles for your feet.
    (2) Pressure imaging of your feet
    (3) Treadmill test and film your feet to see your stride while running.
    (3) They will ask how many miles you run.
    (4) They will l ask any foot ailments.
    (5) They will ask you on what kind of surface you run.

Anyway, then they will email you a report and the best shoe selection for you. The best for me is Neutral Plus, my right leg is dominant, and looking at the imaging scans tends to put more pressure on my right foot versus the outside of my left leg. Left leg is pretty stable when it comes down, but the right tends to veer to the right after looking at the video.

Of course, they try to sale you the insoles once they are done molding them, but said no...did buy some running shoes since I needed them.

Here is the website and you can find the store in your state if you want to do this, I thought it was great and a lot of fun for an afternoon.

What a coincidence-I actually went to a Roadrunner place just this weekend. Recently found out about it through my roommate who is a hardcore runner. The whole experience was really cool, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, I had bought new sneakers the week before, so I didn't get anything, but next time I need shoes, I know where to go!

    I don't think I'd want a cute boy anywhere near my feet.icon_redface.gif

LOL, if he is working at RoadRunner he will appreciate the miles and hard work reflected in your feet. icon_wink.gif
