Really sore after playing Wii

After not playing my Wii for several months, I got this new game as a gift which requires some punching. Mostly, however, my arms were locked in a half-flexed position, like when you're reading to punch somebody.

After just 2 hours playing it 2 days in a row, when I tried to straighten my arms out, I got this terrible soreness in my biceps. It's been 2 days now and it's still there, despite stretching, ice, etc. It's worse than anything that I've done with weights.

    Weekend-Wii warrior syndrome or what?icon_redface.gif

    lol@Above

I had the same thing happen to me after playing some baseball game for like 3-4 hours....until I figured out you can just flick your wrist and get the same effect without raising your leg and pitching the remote at the tv lol..

I returned the damn thing after the WiiFit said I was 43 icon_evil.gif

I've not had issues from that (Wii!)... though there are some that make me a bit sore (arms). However, my fingers get sore from button-holding/mashing. I'm currently playing Metroid Other M, and my hands get sore/cramped. icon_cry.gif

I figured that out too for the table tennis game with the add-on at the base of the Wiimote...in fact that was the only way to win. But not after I basically dislocated my shoulder trying to kill Lucia with big swings and smashes. icon_evil.gif

the kinect is pretty legit with no controller. Got a buddy who works for Microsoft and has been working the display setups in the electronic stores. The volleyball game is tight.
