My typical day consists of about 1800 calories, the majority of which are from protein.
I aim for:
30g of fat
180g of carbs
200g of protein
I'm not qualified to explain those numbers. I'm sure there are lots of folks on here who will tell you differently anyways. I just know what works for me. I used to eat closer to the recommended amounts, i.e. higher fat (around 65 grams), more carbs (250 grams), and less protein (160 grams). The one thing I do know is that it's different for everyone, so if you're not seeing the results you want, change something.
