I have gone on 3 cruises and 1 resort with Atlantis as a single. I LOVED it. Almost everyone is very nice. They will seat you with other people for dinner, so you can meet lots of people. They have events for singles throughout the week, if you want to participate in these. But the best part is that you get to do what you want, when you want. You don't have to constantly agree with someone else what to do each day.

And you can relax or party or do whatever you want. There are so many entertainment options and activities that you could stay busy all the time. Or you could just go out on the Lido deck in a deck chair where it is quiet and take a nap. Or go to one of the pools and look at all the hot guys.

I have always used the single share program and 3 out of 4 times my roomates were really nice guys, and I had no problems. Unfortunately the last time, my roomate was a LOUD snorer. Not good. And he was an asshole. When I go again, I will try to find someone before the cruise to room with. Atlantis has an Alumni network that makes this possible.

    I highly recommend going.

I have been on 10 Atlantis cruises. I have enjoyed them all, some more than others. The cruises that go to Mexico and the Caribbean are more party cruises and have younger crowds...kind of a big circuit party most of the time. Other cruises to the Med, Baltic, Asia, etc. are older crowds because they cost a little more and are more focused on interesting ports'o'call. Before I ever went on one i had the feeling it would be a lot of unfriendly people with bitchy attitudes. I have never found that to be true at all,..everyone is super friendly There are always people of all age groups and there is always a ratio of single and partnered passengers. More singles on the "party cruises." The accomodations are always great, the entertainment is excellent, and there are so many things to do that if you try to do too much by about the third day you think you're going to! If you have any more questions please send me an email.
