Hi I'm looking for some help for my abs now I'm not asking all the things people normally ask because I got my diet plan and cardio workout all i need is a good simple ab workout. I know how to do the exercises eg: Upper Abs Crunch, Lower Abs: Knee Up, Obliques: Oblique Twist, The Plank and so on and so on but the only thing I don't know is how many repetitions or sets to do so can someone help me out?

You asking for ab advice is like Obama asking for leadership advice: I think you already got what you're looking for.

But ok, do more reps I would guess? Are you looking for different ab exercises so you don't get bored with the ones you're used to doing?

    Planks...
Front: 30 seconds up, 30 seconds rest, 3 sets.
Sides: 20 seconds up, 30 seconds rest, 3 sets.

    That'll get ya started.
