I've finally hit a plateau, and I can't seem to eat or sleep my way through it. Any advice would be appreciated.

These are the things I've used to get through them before.
- increasing protein/calories
- Longer time between workouts
- Switching up exercises
- Reducing sets/reps
- Sprinting sets
- starting a short cutting cycle then coming back with more morale

They worked before, but not now. The gym I'm using now is pretty limited on weights and machines, so I probably have a little less variation in my routine.

Any thoughts? I'm pretty frustrated...
