I wanted to find out what is the best way to refuel after doing cardio. Do you guys have post-workout shakes when you do cardio? If so, what's in it? Do you just have fruits or something instead of a post-workout drink? I have a protein shake after doing weights and resistance training. For cardio I just have an apple afterwards but I'm not sure that's sufficient. Thanks for any suggestions!
