I'm trying to lose weight and im just wondering if you can still drink coffee with say skimmed milk?

    Sofar today i've eaten

    Breakfast

    Bowl of oats (no milk)
3 Spoons of natural vanilla yoghurt

    Snack - Apple

    Lunch

Piece of fish with new potatoes and lettuce ect... (with no dressing)

    Snack - Bananna

And for dinner i was gonna have another salad or maybe some chicken breast with vegetables and tomorrow i'll be hitting the gym. Is what i've eaten bad ? =/

Yes you can drink coffee black or with skim milk
Skim milk has no fat and no cholesterol so you can pretty much consume as much as you'd like (so long as you're not intolerant to it)

Shouldn't be a problem. Coffee has caffeine and if you look at most fat burners they contain - guess what - Caffeine!

I drink 1-2 pots a day, mostly with skin milk and occasionally powered cream when I run out of milk (only one cup, then I'm running to the store for milk). So far I've lost 50 lbs, which was my target weight.

Building muscle is a different story, though. Now I wanna put on 20 lbs of muscle and all this coffee is gonna make that a challenge (starting a pot now). icon_lol.gif

    Why not?

By the way, try canned evaporated skim milk. It tastes riches and holds up to the taste of coffe, but is still skim milk.
