    We tend to sabotage opportunities. Our minds interpret change as an enemy, much the same way our immune system reacts to vaccines. We judge change based on our culture, our past experiences and most of all, our conditioning. This creates anxiety and giving in to anxiety will not only create fear, it can cost you your goal.

    This is so true I can taste it.
    In fact, it tastes kinda like a protein shot.
