I tend to stick to a healthy, balanced meal for the most part during the week. But one of those days out of the week, I also appease my insatiable hunger for junk food.

I had sushi and so much chocolate chip cookies today.

What do you like eating on cheat days? icon_biggrin.gif

I have an insane metabolism opposed to all weight gain (protein shakes for a whole year, and I gained a mere 10 pounds :-S )

So junk food is practically health food for me... as long as I get my vittamins (british pronunciation) I have to just load up on fat and carbs

Just about anything that isn't a part of my healthy, as little processed as possible way of eating. Hell, even on my cheat days, I still manage to eat at least one healthy meal. Does that still count?

But I do love Reese's cups, banana pudding, big greasy burgers, and any type of fast food.

I guess I am lucky in that I'm pretty satisfied with minimally-processed healthy food for the most part. But generally I use my "cheat day" to have a meal out with friends without sweating how it is prepared, possibly with some vodka during/after, and some kind of decadent dessert.

Depending on which sushi you get, that's not junk food.
Unless it's the ever-so-cheap-and-shitty California roll with imitation crab meat.

Yesterday I has a chicken club sammich from Wendy's. I farted all night. icon_lol.gif

I shoulda got the camcorder, set it on a tripod, and recorded myself as I fart while sitting on the exercise ball.
It makes a really funny hollow sound.

    OMG! LOL

Surprised you didn't burst the exercise ball and ended up being thrown 10 ft into the air. Or worse, wear a butt plug and then have the thing turn into a deadly projectile.icon_lol.gif

Ok, I have been told to do this, but I'm afraid of f'ing up my rythm. I'm still in the "weight loss" phase... That being said, I am afraid of slowing it down in any way or changing my progress. Not to say that this wouldn't be GREAT!!! icon_twisted.gif

I love gummy candy, especially if it is sour. On cheat days I gorge on sour patch kids, sour patch watermelons, and strawberry sour belts. The day after my mouth hurts from the oh so delicious and acidic sour crap.

So for a cheat day: burgers and lots of beer. Big greasy burgers with lots of cheese. Yum.

Have your cheat day. I know it seems crazy, but it is actually good for you!

First, when you cheat one day or one meal every 1-2 weeks, it shocks your metabolism and throws it into overdrive for the next 24 hours.

Second, it calms any cravings you might have.

It won't hurt your progress, but don't take my word for it. Check out the Abs Diet by MensHealth editor-in-chief. It helped me when I lost my initial 65lbs.

for my birthday this weekend Im going 45 minutes from home to a diner that makes the best pancakes ever....they are collossal size and I will get the peanut butter chocolate chip pancakes along with a very large cheese and sausage omlette.

I dont have a cheat day per se although one day on the weekend will be a day when dinner is pizza or burgers/fries or chicken wings/fingers or something else not as healthy. I just try to eat less during the day and eat more healthier in my previous and following meal.

Every day I probably through in some cheat food...like potato chips or some raisinettes. You learn over time what you can get away with.

When I cheat, I go out to eat at a restaurant...usually a couple times a month. I rarely eat 'fast food'. I just lost my taste for McDonalds, Wendy's, BK...etc.

Except for KFC. That's my comfort food...Original Recipe.

The worst thing I do is, when I'm with my kids, I clean-up what they don't eat rather than scrape it in the garbage.

Exactly the same! Last week, on my cheat day, I bought a cupcake and a slice of chocolate cake for dessert, one for lunch and one for dinner. I ate the cupcake after lunch and I set the chocolate cake aside. But the chocolate cake was staring at me the entire time. I couldn't help myself and ate both icon_razz.gif hahaha. Which is fine because I think I need a couple more lbs.

I try to make it cheat meals and even then I feel shitty. Weekends are definitely rough. I went to the movies tonight and have a lot of popcorn and some gummy bears.

On another note, I recommend Jackass 3D.
