My left quad is giving my fits of soreness so I am going to stop the training for now. In a few days I will see how I feel and then keep at it and train for a Turkey Trot.

    Hi Zox:

I recently bought The Grid- Foam Roller from Trigger Point Performance it is compact and I can take it when I travel. It has helped with lower and upper leg pain and extreme soreness, as well as upper and lower back exercises.

I will try to do a long run tomorrow, feeling a bit under weather today sore throat.

Good luck. I am erring on the side of caution especially since after a long set of drives my quad kept tightening up. Trying some herbal rubs on it.
