Where do you keep you HR at during cardio?

    Another thread made me think of this and rather than hi-jack it...I ask it here...what is your target HR to maintain during your cardio?

    For me I like to keep it at 160-170 for my 30 minutes of cardio. Takes me a bit to get there, but I can maintain that for a long time. My trainer though that was a little high, but I don't really get a sweat going if I take it much easier...and for some reason I feel more like I've had a good workout if I'm covered in sweat.

    150-160 for the whole hour... im gonna do a lil water break if i hit more than 170

    i have no idea what it is. i suspect maybe 170 or a little higher. my next long run is 8 miles. it's not important during those runs. just that i keep hydrated and motivate myself to keep going.
