    Try Precision Nutrition. If you can afford. Otherwise do a search for John Berrardi and use his suggestions. He's posted on t-nation a lot.

    Also, as a wrestler of 10 years I can tell you any weight lost by 'cutting' food will just come right back.

    I lived on the Abs Diet for about 4 years. I think it's a great all-around diet, and can help you achieve the results you want.

    For the past 8 months, I've switched to a cycle-ketogenic diet to help my cut further and at the same time put on mass. For more information you can read Body Opus. The diet is very strict and meticulous, but it's enabled me to finally achieve the type of results i've always wanted.

    I really wish I had a schedule that would allow me to stick to something.
    Diet or exercise, I hope that in the new year I will get some help at work or something and can get back to the gym. Enjoy all the time you all have there.
