The worst excuse for not going to school today is money.

There is so much money available. You may have to look, but it's there.

Ask yourself: would you really like to pursue further education or is the money an excuse to 'I don't know what I wanna really do'.

daaaaaaaamn son, shit is expensive. Luckily, once u have the degree no one (not even the government) can take that degree from u.

So, yeah I think it's worth it. Even tho right now it may not seem like it is. Economies and situations always change. Why not be armed with a Bachelor's degree or an education?

i dunno, I want u to keep going tho.

Are you going to a private or public school? Is that $1,748 for one class? If cost are a concern, perhaps you should look into a cheaper option like community college and/or your local state university.

Luckily we don't pay for college (university), and I can't imagine having these loans hanging around your neck before you even get started

However the government are talking about bringing in charges for courses and I am in two minds about it. On the one hand I do believe in free education, and it should be accessible to all, however on the other side, when you've paid yourself, you will put more effort into the course and are less likely to opt out.

Can't you spread out the loan payments to like 20 years or something like that?

I took out a 20k loan or something like that. I think I chose to pay it over 20 years and now they just take out around 95 dollars out of my bank account every month. It really doesn't make any impact compared to what I am bringing in now.

Wait, so you already have one degree from CC, and you're looking to go again for massage therapy, and then maybe fashion after that? If money is an issue, I think you need to figure out what you want to do before you pursue another degree, only to decide you want to do something different.

Already did I want to open a massage parlor or spa so I got a management degree going for a BA in small business and entrepreneurship. Then gonna go for massage therapy thinking of studying out of country on the massage one but I was accepted to a fashion college i chose this one. The fashion college is a private one and u have to be reviewed and interviewed. but because I chose the route im on first they told me to come back. the advisor told me I'm approved but they want students to.be fully dedicated to the program and fashion is more a hobby then anything to me. So that's y its last. Trust me I been thinking on it for a min like since I was 19. I was going for psychology but changed it.

Yea I might do that I also been thinking if doing community service to shorten the amount owed back. I remember Obama said he was gonna make programs to help students pay back loans.
