So I have this huge problem,
I seem to have this consistent eating habits,
Throughout the day I eat 6 meals starting at 10am
then I stop eating at 7pm...

I also work 6x a week, and when I am done working, I go home and for some reason I get these bad cravings to eat... and I binge eat! icon_sad.gif

I need some sort of advice, I mean I eat so much at night.
    Sometimes its depressing for me.

Perhaps you're not eating enough during the day. I'm not speaking of frequency, since if you're eating 6 meals throughout the course of the day then it seems like your frequency is fine; I'm talking calorie intake at those times. If you're incredibly hungry at and can't stop yourself from eating, it seems to me like you're probably just not getting enough calories during the day. I have a similar problem, in that I get very hungry at night, and am also experimenting with increasing calorie intake during the day (I've been limiting my calories to about 1700 a day for weight loss, but that just seems absurd to me at this point considering how hungry I am at times in the evening).

Perhaps, also, you could eat a lot more of things that are lower calorie to help fill you up? More raw vegetables (or cooked, as long as they're not cooked in some sort of fat)? But again, I wonder if it's just plain that you're not eating enough.
