12 Week Diet/Meal Plans?

    I really like the workouts that are on this site. The one I'm currently following is kicking my ass since I've just recovered from an injury and am back in the gym for the first time in months. But I think it would be awesome to have 12 week meal plans with exactly what to eat and when to go along with them. For gaining weight, for cutting, etc. and how to adjust them based on your size. Any chance we can get those RJ staff? icon_smile.gif

    Hi Rune. Jeff from RealJock here.

    We currently have a weight-loss meal plan available:

    I highly recommend that plan for anyone who wants to lose some excess weight around their mid-section and improve their athletic performance through better eating. I personally started it eight weeks ago and have lost 8 pounds in that time, getting me back to my ideal weight (or close to it) and improving my running/biking considerably.

    Next up we have a healthy muscle weight-gain program, going live in a couple of weeks. It will be setup in a similar format to the weight-loss plan above.

    I definitely see your point about having the workouts and eating plans tied together. We have a little RealJock summit (really, just a get-together over lunch) scheduled with the trainers and nutritionists in April to try to figure out how best to do that.

    That's pretty cool, I didn't see that on the main page, maybe you guys should make a section to more easily find these icon_smile.gif Also a quick question. I'm in the 5'4" range but weigh about 137 lb. Would I need to modify this plan since it says from 180-260?

    The plan works! Lot of energy and fat cut as well. I am happy with it!
