I really like the workouts that are on this site. The one I'm currently following is kicking my ass since I've just recovered from an injury and am back in the gym for the first time in months. But I think it would be awesome to have 12 week meal plans with exactly what to eat and when to go along with them. For gaining weight, for cutting, etc. and how to adjust them based on your size. Any chance we can get those RJ staff?
