I go three times a week, about 60-90 mins each. About ten minutes of cardio to warmup. Two days are for cutting, one day for mass.

    Six days.
One each day for each body part/muscle group - 90 to 105 minutes.
Cardio/core for 45 minutes additional on three of those days.
    One day resting doing zip.

You do one day strength and that's how you look??? I must be doing it wrong! I do 5 times a week. 3 days lifting (1 hr weights, 30 min cardio) and 2 days cardio (1 hr combo run/elliptical/spinning bike/step master).

3-4x/week - alternate upper and lower body every two days. I do 3-5 different lifts/day. My only cardio comes from sports.

    About 100-200 times per day.
Kinda helps having a gym at home between the living room and kitchen. icon_razz.gif

at least 5 days a week, primarily because i work in one and i'm working 6 days a week, and i really don't have an excuse not to workout (especially when i work with another trainer who is getting ready for a show in a few months; it's a nice passive way to keep me motivated).

at the moment 3 times a week for an hour. Earlier this year it was 6 times a week, totalling about 12 hours. That´s just dedicated me training. I probably do an hour or so of general exercise a day on top of that training...

I aim for 5x, but sometime school gets the best of me and I go only about 4x. Although, I find when I do like 4 or 5 days without a day of rest, my immune system is weakened and I pick up a cold or something (like I have right now!!). It's really frustrating, because everytime I have gym "momentum" I get sick. Grr. Maybe I need a few more rest days between my workouts.

I go 5 times a week, anywhere between 50 to 90 minutes. 5 days of lifting and 2-3 days of cardio.

Not enough. I'm doing good lately if I make it three days a week. Gonna have to step it up with the Holidays and all the Holiday food coming up.
