Need help.

    First thanks for reading and helping. I'm 5'10, 169 lbs, 25 years old. I participate in a cycle class three days a week, and lift weights 4, days a week. I carry my weight really well, so people think I'm smaller than what I am. My question is, my abs are not yet defined as I would like, so I do the cardio to help with that little problem. Sidenote my diet is great, no fast foods, all good food. But I'm losing about two pounds a week. The problem is I'm trying to gain muscle. Would you recommend me, to do less cardio, and if I do will my stomach continue to decrease.

    How long have you been doing this?
    It's possible you're still in the first stage of simultaneously losing fat and building muscle, hence the weight loss.
    Fat sheds faster than muscle builds.
