I'm not using any kind of supplement but I would like to start it.
So, I was thinking about Whey Protein. Is it enough to gain some muscles? I'm traning for years but I'd like to have more results.

Another question is what are good brands of Whey? Does anybody know the whey from EA FIT? Is it a good one?

    Thanks!

I have been considering the same thing as the OP. What diet changes should you make if you want to start using Whey? Just eat healthy or add something to your meals?

You should eat more to gain, way more! 1 gram of protien for your target bodyweight. The corresponding calories will be above 3,000 most likely and may go as high as 4,000. If you want to get big, you have to eat big and lift big at the same time. And don't forget to get 8 hrs of sleep when eating big and lifting big.

I was a skinny kid in HS and only "athletic" later in life after lifting on and off. I got serious when I was 40 and eventually learned the secret to bulking is to EAT! 6 times a day, 1x your bodyweight in protein.

Optimum Whey is a great protein and generally causes less gas...

    Happy bulking!
