Through personal experience, I've determined that the best penis enlarger is porn.

With one survey I read, the success rate of a permanent gain in length was 15% of participants over a 3 month period but their definition of permanent was keeping the gain without use of the pump and all of the 15% lost their gain within 5 months.
The success rate of lengthening surgery is around 30% I think though that raises a lot of complication issues (scarring, weaker erections and even permanently losing more penis size). If you're using surgery to get a thicker dick, fat injection or silicones injections are what they do and that can deform your cock. Both are expensive

The only sure ways to get a longer penis is to weight it like Indian Saduhs (spelling?) though it leaves you without the ability to gain an erection. You could have a two foot long penis for that trade off.
Or you could use an Andropenis device which stretches your penis on a traction but it's mostly for people with an abnormally curved penis (if you have Pereones disease for example). The gain is only from straightening your penis so technically you're not gaining since you were that length all along. For someone with a marginal or no curvature, it probably won't do anything for you.

Pumps are for temporary enlargement and for masturbation so use them in that manner, don't pin your hopes on something that seems too good to be true.

This has been a public service announcement by your friendly Adult Store clerk. icon_biggrin.gif

Where did you hear that Andropenis growth only comes from straighting out the penis? Ive heard penis stretching is the only way to get permanent results besides surgery. (http://www.nature.com/ijir/journal/v14/n4s/pdf/3900961a.pdf) I don't think he's looking to add 2 feet, maybe just an inch and im not sure that it would effect your erection much.

It's in their brochure that I give out at work but I could be interpreting it wrong. That's a good article/summary link, I'll have to read it all later.

Thanks for the hitbacks, guys...this is not the case of someone who's already got 8 looking to go 9...but as the commercials said, "life's a cinch with an extra inch"...

    Appreciate the feedback!
