Does anyone else love their Palm Pre? I do! It makes everything I was doing on my non-smart phone sooo much easier and cooler icon_smile.gif And if you do Homebrew patches and what not, it is super customizable. Plus WebOS is so easy to use!

Anyone else a fan? icon_smile.gif Just wish it had the same support like Android.

Not a fan. I had Palm OS for nearly ten years, and was totally turned off by the Web OS. I NEED my phone to sync with my computer, not their server. Or maybe I misunderstood the rep when they were trying to sell me on it.

And that dippy little keyboard! Why on earth couldn't they have made it a slide out like the HTC Touch (wide way)? Instead, they made it slide out the narrow way. Who designs this crap? Why didn't they ask me?

Palm lost me when they stopped supporting USB sync for 64-bit computers (they still supported 32-bit, but couldn't be bothered to create a driver for the Vista 64 and the Windows 7 64 that I have on either of my computers). Their recommendation: sync it with Bluetooth. A video? Took forever. They're nuts.

i agree that the keyboard on the pre is too small but everything else on the phone seemed awesome, i had a treo and a centro for a couple years and loved how easy they were to use especially for messaging

Oh gees mickey, I think my smartphones needs are far simpler than yours, so I can see how it wouldn't work for you. WebOS is so easy though, right Tony! I never used a Palm before my Pre Plus so I don't know about previous phones.

WebOS 2.0 is out soon, I can't wait. And new WebOS phones will be out next year, just in time for my upgrade icon_surprised.gif

I dunno. Being acquired by HP isn't a good sign of things to come. But I do hope WebOS survives some how. Competition is good. More choices for consumers is a good thing.

Well I hope it gets better. I wish it got more attention as I am a fan.

I love it too. Since i'm not a huge app user, it fits my life perfectly. Sincs with everything and it's just amazing. I love it.
