Pick something that's unique, that one song that not many people would expect. By childhood I mean 10 years old or younger.

Most of my early music memories are of TV:

Some people thought the song went "Jane... is white!"icon_lol.gif

    Love Penny Marshall!

Most of the music memories of childhood comes from riding in the car with my parents listening to AM radio, so of course this is one song I remember.

OH MY GOD! I forgot about this.... they always tried to spit in each other's faces... And while I'm embarrassed to admit that I always thought this was screamingly funny at the time, I can't blame myself for thinking so... I was only 4 or 5 after all. icon_lol.gificon_razz.gificon_rolleyes.gif

Reminds of the summery days and the hot sands. It's a bit sad, but my mother used to say better to be sad about life than to be too happy. Strange woman.

This, because i was watching Top Cat every morning before going to school.

But if i'd have to pick a song that reminds me of my childhood it would be this one:

It was my favorite song back them icon_smile.gif

OK, I'm old, but we could only get 1-2 radio statins where I grew up, and the closest was a country station. I can remember sitting in the kitchen in the mornings having breakfast before school and this one always takes me back there.

Wow, I was going to say Queen's Another One Bites the Dust, which dominated the radio for at least six months back in 80 or 81, but I think Laverne and Shirley tops that. Some of my happiest memories of childhood are watching Happy Days and L&S every Tuesday night with my family. We always had pizza, which made it extra special.

The earliest radio song I can remember. I think I was three.

    "Little Willy" by Sweet

...a glam rock song that might be about cock by a band named Sweet. We'll call this early sign #7.

boeldieu slow movement from his harp concerto.

i find the melody ( at 2'25'' on the vid...at 1'40'' the camera focuses on a very cute cellist too..lol.)to be still one of the most endearing melodies that exist.
