Grand Master Marquart makes us use them for like a half hour during the conditioning classes. Snatches, ab rotators, lunges, swings... the works.

The more I read about kettlebells, the more I realize I don't need them.

I love a good kettle bell workout incorporated into other gym activities. Really is great for your core strength. Great to mix it up.

Kettle bells are stupid. I can't be convinced that you can't get the same benefits from a workout that doesn't involve obnoxiously swinging around metal balls in the middle of a crowded gym floor.

This is just another trainer fad that they use to make more money off of you and it's incredibly disruptive to everyone else at the gym. I dont want to worry about catching a 20 pound weight to the face every time I walk from one machine to another.

Wow! What a fad! Russians have been using them for a long time for their weight training, especially for prime athletes. Thye aRe npot something you just pick up and swing either. Unlike weights , who people misuse all the time, kettlebells take instruction, which maNy gums do not offer. They also combine the best in muscle building and fat building.

Don't let your ignorance run your whole life buddy!

Actually that would be other people's ignorance. Because they do swing them around like jerkoffs. Which I stated in my post.

And like I also stated in my post, there are other workouts that are less disruptive to perform in the middle of a gym.

You saying that most gyms dont offer instruction just proves my point further. Instead of acting like a pious asshat and imitating Russian cosmonauts or whatever the hell you're talking about how about people just go and lift weights and not put anyone else in danger or inconvenience? BECUASE THAT WOULD BE IGNORANT.
