    It is just past 6:30 here and I'm headed to dinner. I'm excited because tomorrow I'm headed down into Italy to visit the Piaggio aircraft factory in Genoa on Monday. I know some of you guys fly or are aircraft buffs. I'll try and take pictures.

    I've always thought the Avanti to be a far better design than the Beech Starship, one of which I flew for a couple of years. It was a fat assed suggard incomparison to the Avanti.

    Hopefully, they'll perform a little arm twisting and I'll add one to the stable.

    I'm really looking forward to these pictures. I can't claim that the Avanti is on my list of favorites, but it sure can hold my attention. It's got something odd about it that keeps me interested.
