When I get really frustrated from work/school/homophic people and so on, I love nothing more than to strip down to my boxer briefs when I get home, slip on my ipod earpuds and just crank up the volume and dance my frustrations out all over the house. It way sound weird, but I find it really gratifying and better than racking up a therapy bill icon_biggrin.gif

i feel the same way. i could dance for like 2 hours and be like dead and relaxed after feels great. really good workout. and its just like you get into this mode...like your face is blank its not a joke its almost like your dead. haha but your dancing your heart out.

i love to do it. but im in a confined space now. so i normally hit a lot of things...icon_redface.gif

    Nah.

Try torching neighboring villages... much much better way to release pent-up emotions. icon_twisted.gif

    I'm worse...

I can't dance for crap so, instead, I jam to the sounds of Oasis, Audioslave, Bob Dylan, Smashing Pumpkins, STP, REM and everything else thats on my IPOD.

I play an air Telecaster, and sometimes when I feel like playing bass, I also play an air Rickenbacker icon_razz.gif
Oh, and even air drums when i get really into it.

    Yup, I'm a rockstar.
And a FIERCE one too icon_razz.gif

sometimes I just have to be ridiculous, smile, dance, and shrug off whatever negativity onto which I was holding.

I hop on the stairmaster and "dance" to songs like:

    Aloha and Be Well!

try singing with it too, really helps! Though when the neighbours are home, be careful you're not listening to whitney houston or something: "AND IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII WILLL ALWAAAAYS LOOOOOOVEE YOUUUHOUUHOOU!" (really, windows will crack.)*

not that i have ever tried the Whitney houston thing.. i'm more of the britney type of guy. icon_eek.gif*

    *pun intended.

    This.

Sometimes... maybe once a day, maybe twice a day, maybe once every two days - but at least once in at least two days - I will turn up some music and dance in my room, try out new "tricks", and break a sweat.
