    1) Work on accepting the fact that you're probably going to have to put on a little extra fat to get the extra muscle.

    2) Eat

    3) Lift heavy things

    4) Eat

    5) Repeat steps 2-5

    2) Correction: lift 12+ reps, any less and you won't get bigger: heavy is a myth and only serves to injure

    That's kinda' true, but, for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, it's not really indicated.

    Recovery, calories, and "the pump" are how it works.

    You'll want to study up on hypertrophy.

    It took me long to accept the fact that the only way I can build mass is to eat eat eat, I know there are supplements you can take to help you get ripped, not sure however how safe those are for you. Just scan through a fitness magazine I guess.

    I went from 155lbs to 170lbs in almost 3 months, I've been eating what I like and working out at the same time, I love it~

    Yeah, true! but hard!. Litteraly, buddy, if you wanna get bigger, you need to eat minimun 3 full meals, plus 2 shakes, plus 3 nutrition bars a day! That's how you can get bigger in my opinion. I have also found out that protein bars gives you strenght when doing your workout, and I have also implemented some fatty shakes that gives me some fat to burn. In my case I burn calories without even doing much, so I know how hard it is to keep on eating, but if you wanna get bigger you gotta do all that, plus what you have on your plate on your daily life. And if you get exhausted, i found a way to cope with it.... Just think about it, stars like the star role play "Jacob Black" did all that and now he's considered, in my opinion, a hot, sexy guy! Also, you should try come Kretine. Which isnt a steroid! It only gives you extra strenght when building mass. Within 2 months, you could probably lift twice the amount you did in the beggining!

    Pizza and beer never hurt, either.

    No need to waste money on creatine or junk from the health food store other than some protein powder or weight gainer. Eat small meals often, may sure you keep the sugar and fat down, except post workout, and give yourself time to rest.

    If you want to stay lean, you need to be active, as well as lift. That means HIIT daily.
